Order Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation Before Pickup

  • Orders can be canceled free of charge if requested before pickup scheduling.
  • Once the courier picks up the shipment, cancellation is not permitted.

2. Cancellation After Pickup

If canceled after pickup, no refund will be issued.

3. Failed Pickup Attempts

If the courier fails to pick up after multiple attempts, a 100% refund will be processed.

Refund Policy

1. Service-Related Refunds

  • Refunds apply only if Shipxpeed fails to fulfill the service due to internal errors.
  • Processing Time: 7-10 business days after approval.

2. Prepaid Service Refunds

Refunds for unused prepaid services are subject to terms & conditions.

3. COD Shipment Refunds

  • If a COD delivery is marked fake after NDR verification:
  • Forward & RTO charges will be credited to your Shipxpeed wallet.

4. Wallet Recharge Policy

Once recharged, wallet balance cannot be withdrawn or refunded.

5. Billing/Payment Errors

Raise a claim within 7 days of transaction for incorrect deductions.
